1. Promotional Offer.
   From September 3, 2025 through December 31, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”), customers who place an order with a merchandise subtotal of $75.00 USD or more (the “Qualifying Purchase”) are eligible to receive free standard shipping (the “Offer”) when the cart meets qualifying criteria and free shipping is applied automatically.
2. Eligibility.
1. Offer is valid only on purchases shipped to addresses within continental United States.
2. Offer applies to standard ground delivery only (non-expedited). Delivery times vary by location.
3. Offer is available to retail customers only and not available for wholesale, bulk, or business accounts.
4. The following items are excluded: gift cards, subscription renewals, taxes, duties, fees, and certain oversized or restricted items. We may also exclude shipments to PO Boxes, APO/FPO, and remote or restricted shipping destinations.
3. How the Threshold Is Calculated.

The $75.00 threshold is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after any item-level discounts and promotions but before taxes, duties, and shipping. If the subtotal falls below $75.00 after promotions are applied, the order does not qualify.

4. Returns & Adjustments.

If a customer returns items such that the order’s final merchandise subtotal falls below $75.00, The Body Shop reserves the right to charge the customer for the shipping cost that would have applied to the adjusted order, or to deduct the shipping cost from the refund.

5. Limitations & One-Time Use.

Offer is limited to one free shipping promotion per order. Offer cannot be combined with other shipping promotions, codes, or offers unless explicitly allowed in writing by The Body Shop.

6. Fraud & Abuse.

The Body Shop reserves the right to cancel orders, restrict accounts, or take other actions if we suspect fraud, misuse, or abuse of this Offer, including but not limited to repeated order/return patterns intended to circumvent the threshold.

7. Changes, Delays, and Availability.

The Body Shop may modify, suspend, or terminate the Offer at any time without notice. Shipping carriers may experience delays due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, carrier volume, force majeure). Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

 

 

15% OFF FIRST ORDER

1. Promotional Offer.

During the promotion period, new subscribers who sign up to receive both email and SMS marketing from The Body Shop and complete the SMS double opt-in process (the “Qualifying Action”) will receive a one-time promotional discount equal to 15% off the merchandise portion of their first order (the “Promotion”).

2. How to Redeem.

After completing the double opt-in, subscribers will receive the promotional discount via email. To redeem, enter the promotional code at checkout. The Promotion is valid for one use per customer, and only on the first purchase following sign-up, unless otherwise permitted by The Body Shop.

3. Eligibility & Limitations.

Offer valid for retail customers only. Excludes gifts sets, limited edition products, gift cards, subscription renewals, taxes, duties, shipping charges, and certain restricted or oversized items (the “Excluded Items”). The Body Shop reserves the right to add further exclusions. Offer cannot be combined with other discounts, codes, or promotions unless explicitly stated.

4. Calculation of Discount. Discount applies to eligible merchandise subtotal after other item-level discounts are applied and before taxes and shipping. If an order contains both eligible and excluded items, discount will only apply to eligible items.
5. Expiration & Voidance.

The promotional code will expire after 7 days as stated in the email. The Body Shop reserves the right to cancel or refuse the Promotion in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

6. Returns & Refunds.

If products purchased with the Promotion are returned, resulting refunds will be processed in accordance with The Body Shop’s return policy. If returns reduce the original order’s eligible merchandise subtotal below the required value (if applicable), The Body Shop reserves the right to deduct the value of the Promotion from the refund.

7. SMS & Privacy.

By providing a mobile phone number and completing the double opt-in process, you consent to receive automated marketing and transactional SMS messages from The Body Shop to that number. 8. Modification & Cancellation.
