1. Promotional Offer.

During the promotion period, new subscribers who sign up to receive both email and SMS marketing from The Body Shop and complete the SMS double opt-in process (the “Qualifying Action”) will receive a one-time promotional discount equal to 20% off the merchandise portion of their first order (the “Promotion”).

2. How to Redeem.

The promotional code will expire after 7 days as stated in the email. The Body Shop reserves the right to cancel or refuse the Promotion in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

6. Returns & Refunds.

If products purchased with the Promotion are returned, resulting refunds will be processed in accordance with The Body Shop’s return policy. If returns reduce the original order’s eligible merchandise subtotal below the required value (if applicable), The Body Shop reserves the right to deduct the value of the Promotion from the refund.

1. Promotional Offer.

These terms apply in addition to the standard Body Shop US Terms & Conditions of Sale. In the event of a conflict between the general site Conditions and these Supplemental Terms, these terms shall govern.

2. Offer Overview & Eligibility The Promotion is available for purchases made on us.thebodyshop.com beginning on or about 11am PT April 29, 2026. The Promotion is scheduled to conclude at Midnight PT on May 10, 2026. This offer is valid for residents of the United States only, and is void where prohibited by law.

3. Discount Application Eligible customers will receive a twenty percent (20%) discount on the net cart subtotal of qualifying items.

• Calculation: The discount applies to the price of goods before taxes, shipping, and handling.

• Free Shipping: Qualification for free shipping is determined by the post-discount subtotal. If the discount drops the total below the shipping threshold, shipping fees will apply.

4. Strict Exclusions & Limitations To protect brand equity and inventory, the following items are strictly excluded from the 20% discount:

• Gift Cards: Purchase of digital or physical gift cards.

• Bundles & Sets: Any pre-curated sets, kits, or bundles (which are already offered at a value price).

• Combination: This Promotion cannot be combined with any other coupon, promo code, or automatic discount, including but not limited to: "Buy One Get One" (BOGO) offers, the 20% off first order/new customer welcome offer, email or SMS signup promotions, "Free Gift" or "4 Free Gifts" offers, or employee discounts. Only one promotional code or offer may be applied per order

• No Cash Value: The discount has no cash value, is non-transferable, and cannot be applied to past purchases.

• Bulk Policy: Purchases are capped at $500 per customer per week. We reserve the right to cancel orders exceeding 10 units per SKU or those suspected of unauthorized resale.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Refund Amount: If an item is returned, the refund will equal the actual price paid at the time of purchase (the 20% discounted price).

• Partial Returns: If a return causes the original order to fall below a "gift with purchase" threshold (if applicable), the retail value of the gift will be deducted from the refund.

6. Technical Errors & Right to Cancel Body Shop US reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate this Promotion at any time without notice. In the event of a technical error, programming glitch, or unauthorized use of a promo code that results in incorrect pricing or unintended discounting (e.g., "stacking" discounts on excluded bundles), Body Shop US reserves the right to cancel any such orders and issue a full refund to the customer.

Mother’s Day Sale "Up to 4 Free Gifts" Promotion — Supplemental Terms & Conditions [Ended Noon ET April 29th 2026]
1. Governing Agreement These Supplemental Terms and Conditions apply to the Mother’s Day Sale "Up to 4 Free Gifts" Promotion (the “Promotion”). These terms apply in addition to the standard The Body Shop US Terms & Conditions of Sale. In the event of a conflict between the general site Conditions and these Supplemental Terms, these terms shall govern for the duration of the Promotion.

2. Offer Overview & Eligibility The Promotion is available for purchases made on us.thebodyshop.com beginning April 17, 2026. The Promotion is scheduled to conclude at Noon ET on 4.29.26, or while promotional supplies last.

3. Qualifying Cumulative Tiers Eligible customers may receive up to four (4) complimentary gifts based on the net cart subtotal (after discounts, excluding taxes and shipping). Gifts are awarded cumulatively; reaching a higher tier unlocks all gifts from the lower thresholds.

Spend $100+: Receive a Strawberry Body Yogurt (200ml).
Spend $175+: Receive a British Rose Body Yogurt (200ml) AND an Olive Oil Body Butter (200ml), in addition to the $100 tier gift.
Spend $250+: Receive an Essentials Kit (Customer choice of: Mango, Strawberry, or Almond Milk), in addition to all gifts from the $100 and $175 tiers.

4. Scent Selection & Availability Customers reaching the $250 threshold may select their Essentials Kit variant at checkout. Scent selection is subject to real-time inventory availability. The Body Shop reserves the right to substitute any gift item or kit variant with an item of equal or greater value if original stock is exhausted. No rainchecks will be issued for out-of-stock promotional items.

5. Limitations & Exclusions

Combination: This Promotion cannot be combined with any other coupon, promo code, "Buy One Get One" (BOGO) offer, or employee discount.
Limit: Limit one (1) set of promotional gifts per household/order. Bulk Policy: In accordance with the Bulk Ordering Policy, purchases are capped at $500 per week per customer. Orders exceeding this limit or the maximum unit threshold (10 units per SKU) are ineligible for the Promotion.

6. Returns & Refunds Per Section 1 of the standard Conditions of Sale, all promotional or gift items included with your order must be returned to qualify for a full refund.

Unopened Condition: Due to health and hygiene reasons, gifts must be returned in their original, unopened, and saleable condition.

Deduction Clause: If the qualifying purchase is returned but the Free Gift(s) are not returned, or are returned in an unsealed state, the full retail value of the gift(s) will be deducted from the total refund amount.

7. Right to Modify or Terminate The Body Shop US reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate this Promotion at any time, for any reason (including, but not limited to, inventory depletion or technical error), without prior notice.
