Processing & cutoffs

Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. Orders placed by 12:00 PM ET on a business day may be processed the same day. We do not process or ship on weekends or federal holidays.

Shipping options & delivery estimates

  • Options: Standard Ground and Express shipping.
  • Delivery Estimates: Timeframes begin after processing - i.e. when your order leaves our fulfillment center. 
  • Transit Times: These are provided for reference and are typical carrier estimates. Time estimates listed below are not guaranteed service commitments.

Military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), U.S. Territories & PO Boxes $9.50 — ships via USPS where required $14.50 — ships via USPS where required 5–14 business days (route-dependent) Shipments to APO/FPO/DPO, Puerto Rico (PR), Guam (GU), U.S. Virgin Islands (VI), Northern Mariana Islands (MP), American Samoa (AS) and PO Boxes require special routing and may incur additional handling or surcharges. Some products (e.g., aerosols or other restricted items) cannot be shipped to these addresses and will be blocked at checkout. Free CONUS promotions may not apply.

 

Hazmat & restricted items

Some products (aerosols, certain regulated formulations) are ground-only or may be restricted from shipment to specific states. Any applicable shipping restrictions will be enforced at checkout.

Tracking & delivery responsibility

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number when your order ships. Title and risk of loss pass to the carrier at pickup; we are not responsible for carrier delays after pickup. If a package is marked delivered but not received, contact support@us.thebodyshop.com and we will work with the carrier.

Order changes & cancellations

Orders may be canceled or changed within 60 minutes of placement if a shipping label has not been created. If the order has shipped or a label was created, please follow our Returns & Refunds process.

Failed deliveries & address issues

If you entered an incorrect address, we will attempt to recover the package with the carrier. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment. If a package is returned to us, we will contact you with options for re-shipment or refund.
