1. Governing Agreement These Supplemental Terms and Conditions apply to the Summer Essentials Sale and its associated seasonal events: the Rotating Weekend Deals and the Father's Day Men's Care Promotion (collectively, the “Promotion”). These terms apply in addition to, and incorporate by reference, the standard Body Shop US Terms & Conditions of Sale. In the event of an explicit conflict between the general site Conditions and these Supplemental Terms, these terms shall govern solely with respect to this Promotion.

2. Promotional Windows & Key Dates This Promotion comprises three distinct saving windows. All discounts are applied automatically in the shopping cart at checkout to qualifying items. No promotional codes are required. Offers are only valid online at us.thebodyshop.com during the specific eastern timeframes outlined below:

• Standard Summer Essentials 20% Off Sale: Begins June 4, 2026, at approximately 3:00 PM ET, and concludes June 22, 2026, at approximately 12:00 PM (Noon) ET.

• Father's Day Men's Care 20% Off Selection: Begins June 9, 2026, at approximately 3:00 PM ET, and concludes June 22, 2026, at approximately 12:00 PM (Noon) ET.

• Summer Essentials Weekend Deals (20% Off Refresh): Operates strictly during dynamic weekend windows occurring between June 4, 2026, and June 22, 2026. These individual event windows typically launch on Thursdays at or about 3:00 PM ET and conclude on the subsequent Monday at or about 12:00 PM (Noon) ET.

3. Discount Application & Product Eligibility The automatic 20% promotional discount is strictly governed by a product's active placement on the designated collection pages listed below. Product eligibility is defined as follows:

• The Summer Essentials Collection: Items must be visibly active within the designated collection page found exclusively at: https://us.thebodyshop.com/collections/summer-essentials. The presence of an item on general brand, search results, or secondary category pages outside of the designated landing pages does not constitute promotional eligibility.

• Father's Day Men's Care Selection (Dual-URL Eligibility): Beginning June 9, 2026, select products from the Men's Care line will qualify for the 20% discount. Customers can purchase these qualifying items directly through either of two authorized landing pages: the permanent, standalone Men's Care Collection page (https://us.thebodyshop.com/collections/mens-grooming) or via their temporary listing inside the Summer Essentials Collection page (https://us.thebodyshop.com/collections/summer-essentials). This discount is strictly valid only during the active Father's Day promotional window outlined in Section 2.

• Dynamic Weekend Deals (Dynamic Product Fresh Mix): During active weekend windows, Body Shop US will introduce a fresh mix of rotating products into the Summer Essentials Collection page. These items will physically appear within that specific collection page for the duration of the weekend flight and will be completely removed from the page upon the deal's expiration. Body Shop US reserves the right to alter the mix of available products or remove items from the page at any time without notice. Price adjustments, matching, or retroactive discounts will not be granted for items purchased before they appear on or after they are removed from the collection page.

4. Strict Exclusions & Combination Restraints (No Stacking)

• No Cumulative Discounting: These promotional offers cannot be stacked or combined with one another, nor can they be paired with any other coupon, promo code, or automatic site discount. Items qualifying under the Weekend Deal or Father's Day selections receive a flat twenty percent (20%) discount in total and do not receive additional compounding discounts.

• General Exclusions: This offer excludes any product that is not actively displayed on the designated Summer Essentials or Men's Care promotional collection pages at the exact second the checkout transaction is completed. Excludes digital and physical gift cards, travel/trial sizes, kits, or pre-curated gift sets unless explicitly displayed on the authorized collection pages. Cannot be combined with BOGO offers, welcome offers, email/SMS signup promotions, or employee discounts.

• No Cash Value: Discounts have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be applied retroactively to past purchases or orders placed outside a product’s active display window.

• Bulk Purchase Restrictions: Purchases are capped at $500 per customer per week. Body Shop US reserves the right to cancel orders exceeding 10 units per SKU, or any orders suspected of unauthorized commercial resale.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Refund Calculations: If an item purchased under this Promotion is returned, the refund total will equal the actual net price paid at the time of purchase (the final discounted price), subject to standard return policies.

• Threshold Adjustments: If a partial return causes the original order total to fall below a threshold required for a "gift with purchase" or promotional free shipping, the retail value of the promotional gift or the cost of standard shipping fees will be deducted from the final refund amount.

6. Technical Errors, System Discrepancies, & Right to Cancel Body Shop US reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or terminate this Promotion, its sub-promotions, or any active product rotation at any time without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability for System Errors: Body Shop US is not responsible or liable for technical errors, programming glitches, system latency, server caching issues, or delays in site-wide deployment that result in:

1. Qualifying items failing to reflect the promotional discount in the cart despite being visible on the authorized collection pages;

2. Unintended discounting or "stacking" of multiple promotional events simultaneously on a single product or order; or

3. Items displaying promotional pricing after they have been mechanically removed from the designated collection pages.

In the event that a system, technical, or pricing error occurs, Body Shop US reserves the absolute right to correct the error, adjust the order total to reflect correct pricing, or cancel any affected orders and issue a full refund to the customer without further obligation.

Weekend Deal: Shower Gels 15% Off Promotion — Supplemental Terms & Conditions [ENDED]

1. Governing Agreement

These Supplemental Terms and Conditions apply to the Weekend Deal: Shower Gels 15% Off Promotion (the “Promotion”). These terms apply in addition to, and incorporate by reference, the standard Body Shop US Terms & Conditions of Sale. In the event of an explicit conflict between the general site Conditions and these Supplemental Terms, these terms shall govern solely with respect to this Promotion.

2. Offer Overview & Eligibility

The Promotion is available for online purchases made strictly on us.thebodyshop.com beginning on or about 2:00 PM ET on Thursday, May 28, 2026. The Promotion is scheduled to conclude at approximately 12:00 PM (Noon) ET on Monday, June 1, 2026. This offer is valid for individual residents of the United States only, and is void where prohibited, taxed, or restricted by law.

3. Discount Application & Category Specifics

Eligible customers will receive a fifteen percent (15%) discount on qualifying items within the shower gel category, subject to the following parameters:

• Automatic Application: No promotional code is required. The discount will reflect automatically in the shopping cart on qualifying, explicitly marked items at checkout.

• Designated Collection URL Only: This Promotion applies strictly to select, individual shower gel products featured within the designated Shower Gel Collection page found exclusively at: https://us.thebodyshop.com/collections/shower-gels. Inclusion of a product on general bath, body, or other category pages does not constitute eligibility.

• Inventory & Rotation: Qualifying items are subject to availability and stock caps. Body Shop US reserves the right to rotate, add, or remove specific shower gel items from the Promotion at any time during the sale window without prior notice or liability.

• Calculation: The 15% discount applies solely to the purchase price of qualifying goods before taxes, shipping, and handling fees are assessed.

• Free Shipping Thresholds: Qualification for free shipping promotions is determined by the final post-discount subtotal. If the application of the discount drops the order total below the required shipping threshold, standard shipping fees will apply.

To protect brand equity and inventory, the following items are strictly excluded from the 15% discount:

5. Returns & Refunds

• Refund Amount: If an item purchased under this Promotion is returned, the refund will equal the actual net price paid at the time of purchase (the 15% discounted price), subject to standard return policies.

• Partial Returns & Threshold Adjustments: If a partial return causes the original order total to fall below a "gift with purchase" or promotional shipping threshold, the retail value of the gift or the cost of standard shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

6. Technical Errors, Pricing Discrepancies, & Right to Cancel

Body Shop US reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice.

FREE SHIPPING WHEN YOU SPEND $75 

1. Promotional Offer.
   From September 3, 2025 through March 31, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”), customers who place an order with a merchandise subtotal of $75.00 USD or more (the “Qualifying Purchase”) are eligible to receive free standard shipping (the “Offer”) when the cart meets qualifying criteria and free shipping is applied automatically.
2. Eligibility.
1. Offer is valid only on purchases shipped to addresses within continental United States.
2. Offer applies to standard ground delivery only (non-expedited). Delivery times vary by location.
3. Offer is available to retail customers only and not available for wholesale, bulk, or business accounts.
4. The following items are excluded: gift cards, subscription renewals, taxes, duties, fees, and certain oversized or restricted items. We may also exclude shipments to PO Boxes, APO/FPO, and remote or restricted shipping destinations.
3. How the Threshold Is Calculated.

The $75.00 threshold is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after any item-level discounts and promotions but before taxes, duties, and shipping. If the subtotal falls below $75.00 after promotions are applied, the order does not qualify.

4. Returns & Adjustments.

If a customer returns items such that the order’s final merchandise subtotal falls below $75.00, The Body Shop reserves the right to charge the customer for the shipping cost that would have applied to the adjusted order, or to deduct the shipping cost from the refund.

5. Limitations & One-Time Use.

Offer is limited to one free shipping promotion per order. Offer cannot be combined with other shipping promotions, codes, or offers unless explicitly allowed in writing by The Body Shop.

6. Fraud & Abuse.

The Body Shop reserves the right to cancel orders, restrict accounts, or take other actions if we suspect fraud, misuse, or abuse of this Offer, including but not limited to repeated order/return patterns intended to circumvent the threshold.

7. Changes, Delays, and Availability.

The Body Shop may modify, suspend, or terminate the Offer at any time without notice. Shipping carriers may experience delays due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, carrier volume, force majeure). Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

20% OFF FIRST ORDER 

1. Promotional Offer.

During the promotion period, new subscribers who sign up to receive both email and SMS marketing from The Body Shop and complete the SMS double opt-in process (the “Qualifying Action”) will receive a one-time promotional discount equal to 20% off the merchandise portion of their first order (the “Promotion”).

2. How to Redeem.

After completing the double opt-in, subscribers will receive the promotional discount via email. To redeem, enter the promotional code at checkout. The Promotion is valid for one use per customer, and only on the first purchase following sign-up, unless otherwise permitted by The Body Shop.

3. Eligibility & Limitations.

Offer valid for retail customers only. Excludes gifts sets, bundles,  limited edition products, gift cards, subscription renewals, taxes, duties, shipping charges, and certain restricted or oversized items (the “Excluded Items”). The Body Shop reserves the right to add further exclusions. Offer cannot be combined with other discounts, codes, or promotions unless explicitly stated.

4. Calculation of Discount. Discount applies to eligible merchandise subtotal after other item-level discounts are applied and before taxes and shipping. If an order contains both eligible and excluded items, discount will only apply to eligible items.
5. Expiration & Voidance.

The promotional code will expire after 7 days as stated in the email. The Body Shop reserves the right to cancel or refuse the Promotion in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

6. Returns & Refunds.

If products purchased with the Promotion are returned, resulting refunds will be processed in accordance with The Body Shop’s return policy. If returns reduce the original order’s eligible merchandise subtotal below the required value (if applicable), The Body Shop reserves the right to deduct the value of the Promotion from the refund.

7. SMS & Privacy.

By providing a mobile phone number and completing the double opt-in process, you consent to receive automated marketing and transactional SMS messages from The Body Shop to that number. 1. Governing Agreement These Supplemental Terms and Conditions apply to the Mother’s Day Sale "Up to 4 Free Gifts" Promotion (the “Promotion”). These terms apply in addition to the standard The Body Shop US Terms & Conditions of Sale. In the event of a conflict between the general site Conditions and these Supplemental Terms, these terms shall govern for the duration of the Promotion.

2. Offer Overview & Eligibility The Promotion is available for purchases made on us.thebodyshop.com beginning April 17, 2026. The Promotion is scheduled to conclude at Noon ET on 4.29.26, or while promotional supplies last.

3. Qualifying Cumulative Tiers Eligible customers may receive up to four (4) complimentary gifts based on the net cart subtotal (after discounts, excluding taxes and shipping). Gifts are awarded cumulatively; reaching a higher tier unlocks all gifts from the lower thresholds.

Spend $100+: Receive a Strawberry Body Yogurt (200ml).
Spend $175+: Receive a British Rose Body Yogurt (200ml) AND an Olive Oil Body Butter (200ml), in addition to the $100 tier gift.
Spend $250+: Receive an Essentials Kit (Customer choice of: Mango, Strawberry, or Almond Milk), in addition to all gifts from the $100 and $175 tiers.

4. Scent Selection & Availability Customers reaching the $250 threshold may select their Essentials Kit variant at checkout. Scent selection is subject to real-time inventory availability. The Body Shop reserves the right to substitute any gift item or kit variant with an item of equal or greater value if original stock is exhausted. No rainchecks will be issued for out-of-stock promotional items.

5. Limitations & Exclusions

Combination: This Promotion cannot be combined with any other coupon, promo code, "Buy One Get One" (BOGO) offer, or employee discount.
Limit: Limit one (1) set of promotional gifts per household/order. Bulk Policy: In accordance with the Bulk Ordering Policy, purchases are capped at $500 per week per customer. Orders exceeding this limit or the maximum unit threshold (10 units per SKU) are ineligible for the Promotion.

6. Returns & Refunds Per Section 1 of the standard Conditions of Sale, all promotional or gift items included with your order must be returned to qualify for a full refund.
