How to use

Dampen a Reusable Cotton Pad with toner. Gently wipe across face to tone and clear up any lingering dirt. For a full regime, start by cleansing with our Vitamin E Gentle Face Wash, then follow up with our Vitamin E Moisture Day Cream or Vitamin E Night Cream.

This is the best toner

"This is the best toner I have ever used. I have probably used it for 10 years. When i could no longer buy it in local malls, I went online and have been buying it that way for the last 6 years. It makes my skin feel "fresh" and clean. On a cotton ball, it cleans away any remaining make-up and first thing in the morning, it freshens and cleans the oils that result from sleeping. I use it at night after cleaning and first thing in the morning before any make-up. The ingredients in it are just marvelous!!"
