How long will it take for my products to be delivered?

Shipping Options:
- Economy Shipping: Order by 12pm EST for delivery within 5-8 business days.
- Express Shipping: Order by 12pm EST for delivery within 2 business days.

We use both FedEx for and UPS for shipping. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Please allow up to 2 business days for order processing. We strive to provide accurate delivery estimates for your convenience. For the latest updates, check the tracking info in your confirmation email. The Body Shop is not responsible for carrier delays.

 

How are special delivery items shipped?

All hazardous items with atomizers or sprays, including Body Mists, Room Sprays, Eau de Toilette, Eau de Parfum, and select Gifts, must be shipped via road service only—air express is not available and are unable to be shipped to PO Boxes. Please ensure a physical delivery address is provided for all hazardous products. At The Body Shop, your safety and satisfaction are our priority.

 

Where do you deliver?

Currently, we ship orders only to street addresses and PO Boxes within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not deliver to US Territories such as Puerto Rico, Northern Mariana Islands, Guam, American Samoa, Minor Outlying Islands, or the Virgin Islands. International shipping is not available at this time, but you may find a dedicated website for your country. To switch to a different country site, simply go to the bottom left corner of the homepage and click on "International markets" to select your location.

Can I change my delivery date?

Once your order is placed, delivery dates cannot be changed. If you choose express delivery, we’ll contact you with your delivery details and offer the option to reschedule. Shipping is handled by FedEx or USPS, so date changes aren’t available.

How can I change my delivery address?

Before Placing Your Order  
On the checkout page, if you want to update your delivery address to one you've saved before, just click the ""Edit Address"" button right in the center of the page.  

After Your Order Is Placed  
If your order hasn’t been picked or packed yet, you can contact us to request a delivery address change. Our warehouse moves fast to get your order to you quickly, so please call us ASAP at 844-602-2278. While we can’t guarantee changes after ordering, we’ll do our best to help. Please double-check your delivery address before completing your purchase.

What happens to my delivery if no one is available/home to receive it?

If no one is home when the UPS courier arrives, don’t worry! Just reach out to UPS using the contact details in your shipping confirmation email, and they’ll guide you on your delivery options.

Why isn't my delivery address recognized when I enter it at checkout?

Enter your ZIP code and click "Find Address." If your address isn’t recognized, simply click "Enter Address Manually" to add your details. Embrace your unique self with ease—just like The Body Shop believes in celebrating every individual.
