Are my credit or debit card details saved?
If you have an account with The Body Shop and have shopped online before, you can choose to save your payment details for faster checkout. When you opt in, your payment information (excluding the CCV) is securely stored and ready for your next order. To update or change your saved payment details, simply visit the My Account section anytime.
Can I change my payment details once my order has been submitted?
Once your order is submitted, payment details cannot be changed. If you need to cancel your order, please visit our cancellation policy for more information.
Why was my order payment rejected?
There are several reasons your payment may not have gone through. Please ensure your card details are entered correctly and that the billing address matches the one on your order. Remember, the card must be issued in the USA.

How can I amend my delivery address when checking out via PayPal?
When you choose PayPal at checkout on The Body Shop website, your delivery address will automatically be taken from your default PayPal address. After selecting PayPal and logging in, please update your delivery address if you want your order sent to a different location.
Why is my promotional code not working?
Having trouble with your promo code? Please ensure you meet the promotion’s eligibility requirements. Some products may be excluded—check the terms and conditions for details. For example, excluded items won’t count toward minimum spend thresholds like “Spend $50, Save $XX.” Remember, shipping costs don’t apply to spend requirements. Where do I add a promotional code?
Enter your promotional code at checkout in the "Promotion Code" box on your shopping basket page. Your basket total will update automatically to reflect your discount. Each promo code is valid for one order only and cannot be redeemed for cash. Promo codes cannot be combined with other offers or discounts unless specified. What if an item is out of stock?
If your favorite item is out of stock, don’t worry! Just click “Email Me When In Stock” on the product page and enter your email address. We’ll notify you as soon as it’s available again.

At The Body Shop, we sometimes offer special promotions like free or discounted items when you purchase qualifying products. Examples include “3 for 1,” “buy 2, get 1 half price,” or “receive a free gift when you spend $50.” If you experience issues with a promo code, please ensure you meet the promotion’s requirements.
