How do I place an order?
To order from The Body Shop USA website, simply browse and select your favorite products. On the product page, click "Add to Bag" to start your purchase. When ready, click "Checkout" to review your shopping bag, apply any promo codes, and proceed to secure payment and delivery details. Enjoy a seamless, ethical shopping experience with The Body Shop.
How do I make changes to my order?
You can update your order anytime while placing it. Once your order is confirmed and payment is complete, changes aren’t possible. If you’ve chosen the wrong products, please check our easy returns process.
After payment, there’s a 15-minute window to cancel your order before we start processing. To cancel, please contact our Customer Care team via chat or call 844-602-2278 immediately. While we can’t guarantee cancellations after processing starts, refunds or returns are available.

How will you confirm my order?
Once we receive your order, you'll get a confirmation email from The Body Shop. When your order ships, we'll send a shipment confirmation with details including items purchased, payment info, delivery method, delivery details, and tracking number (if available). If you ordered using your The Body Shop account, easily track your order anytime through the My Account hub.
Can I place an order without signing up to an account?

Why haven't I received an email to confirm my order?
If you haven’t received your order confirmation email yet, don’t worry—it can take 1-2 business days to arrive. Meanwhile, you can easily check your order status by logging into “My Account” and visiting “Order History.”
Where is my order?
After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email within 1-2 business days—please don’t worry if it takes a little time! To track your order, simply log in to the "My Account" section on our website and visit "My Orders." Select your order and click the "Tracking Number" if it has shipped to see your delivery status.
If you checked out as a guest, please wait for your confirmation email to track your order.
Have I been charged for my order more than once?
If you’ve placed the same order more than once, you might have multiple orders. Please check your email for more than one order confirmation (this can take 1-2 business days). If you have an account, you can also view your order status anytime by logging in and visiting “Latest Orders” under “My Account.” You will only be charged once. Occasionally, a temporary hold on funds may appear more than once, but rest assured, once payment is processed, any extra holds will be released promptly.
Has my order been placed?
